Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Evair purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items Opened, used, or items not in original condition. Items damaged due to misuse.

Defective or Wrong Items Send us a video. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost. 

How to Request a Return Email distributioncorp.jd@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Return shipping is on the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via original payment method or bank transfer.
